Forbes Features Frischhertz Latest Hotel Projects
July 12, 2019 – Two hotels recently completed by Frischhertz have gained the national attention of Forbes in an online tribute to their character and design. The historic renovation of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, school, rectory and convent resulted in the chic new 71-room hotel in the Marigny. The construction is situated in the quaint neighborhood of the Marigny. Frischhertz contracted with Palmisano on the project.
Maison de La Luz sits in the warehouse district of New Orleans and its building likewise has a unique history. Originally constructed in 1908, it once served as the City Hall Annex. The 67-room boutique space pays tribute to the colorful city in which it resides, exuding a feeling of grand Southern charm with a deep cultural flair. Frischhertz contracted with Palmisano on this project as well.
