Project Description
Originally completed in 1881 and declared a National Historic Landmark in 1974, the U.S. Custom House underwent major renovation after the 2005 Hurricane Katrina disaster.

Electrically, the items of major interest are:

  • Complete replacement of the power distribution system including main switchboard, panels, transformers and feeders
  • Replacement of lighting and lighting distribution
